Terms & Conditions

2.1 Service Reservation

To book our photography services, you must provide accurate and complete information including personal details, event information, date, time, location, and specific requirements. Any incomplete or inaccurate information may result in service delays or cancellation.

2.2 Service Agreement

Each booking is governed by a unique service agreement that outlines specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. This agreement will be provided to you upon confirmation of your booking and must be signed before services commence.

2.3 Availability

Services are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for regular sessions and 3-6 months for major events such as weddings or corporate functions.

3.1 Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% is required to secure your booking
• Full payment must be received at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot date
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and digital payment platforms
• All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated
• Additional charges may apply for overtime, travel, or special requests

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 15-29 days before event: 50% refund of total payment
• 7-14 days before event: 25% refund of total payment
• Less than 7 days: No refund

3.3 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the original booking date. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.

4.1 Copyright Ownership

Adam Studios retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all photographs, videos, and creative works produced. Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials as specified in the service agreement.

4.2 Permitted Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients may use the photographs for:

• Personal use (social media, family albums, home display)
• Non-commercial sharing with friends and family
• Personal website or blog with proper attribution

4.3 Prohibited Use

Without prior written consent, clients may NOT:

• Use photographs for commercial purposes or advertising
• Sell, license, or distribute the photographs
• Alter, edit, or manipulate the photographs beyond basic cropping
• Remove watermarks or copyright information
• Claim authorship or ownership of the photographs

4.4 Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Adam Studios reserves the right to use any photographs from your session for portfolio, marketing, social media, website display, and promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing at the time of booking.

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled shoots; late arrivals may result in reduced session time
• Ensure all necessary permissions are obtained for the shooting location
• Provide a safe and accessible environment for our team and equipment
• Treat our photographers and staff with respect and professionalism
• Notify us of any special requirements, allergies, or accessibility needs in advance
• Refrain from making excessive demands outside the agreed service scope

6.1 Delivery Timeline

• Standard Sessions: 2-3 weeks from shoot date
• Events/Weddings: 4-8 weeks from event date
• Rush Processing: Available for an additional fee (1-2 weeks)

6.2 Format & Quality

Final photographs will be delivered in high-resolution digital format via secure download link or cloud storage. Physical prints, albums, or other products are available as add-ons and subject to separate pricing.

6.3 Image Selection

The photographer has sole discretion in selecting and editing the final delivered images. We deliver only images that meet our professional standards. Raw, unedited files are not included unless specifically contracted.

While we strive for excellence in all our services, Adam Studios shall not be held liable for:

• Equipment failure or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control
• Loss or damage to client property unless caused by our gross negligence
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use
• Dissatisfaction with artistic style or creative interpretation
• Third-party actions or venue restrictions affecting the shoot
• Weather conditions impacting outdoor sessions (rescheduling offered)

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Mediation

In the event of any dispute or disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties shall engage in mediation before pursuing legal action.
